Frequently Asked Questions
WHERE DOES THE INVENTORS COUNCIL OF MID-MICHIGAN MEET?
We meet at Walli's Restaurant on Center Road, just two blocks South of I-69, in Burton.
The restaurant's telephone number is 810-743-9600. Our meetings are held the second Thursday of each month starting at 7 p.m.
CAN NON-MEMBERS ATTEND YOUR MEETINGS?
The general public is always welcome but there is a $5 charge for non-members to attend. We do also happily accept, but not require, donations to cover our expenses.
DO YOU KEEP INVENTION IDEAS CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes, but . . . there is never any guarantee of confidentiality unless you never ever divulge your idea to anybody (and then the odds are better than 95% that someone else already had it long ago). What we do however is have everyone that attends our meetings sign our confidentiality agreement.
By signing in at every meeting, you agree to abide by our Confidentiality Agreement printed at the top of the Sign In Sheet for the mutual protection of Members, Guests and our Council.
