Flint

Inventors Council of Mid-Michigan, Meets the second Thursday of every month (see our “Directions” page for location) from 7:00-9:00 PM. See our web site for current meeting and speaker information: inventorscouncil.org. These meetings almost always have a speaker. Contact us at icmm@inventorscouncil.org. There is also a by-appointment pre-meeting for idea evaluation by a panel with a wide range of knowledge that starts about 6:00 PM and for which there is a $25 fee for non-members and $10 for members. Grand Rapids

Lansing

Inventors Club of America meets the first Wednesday of every month at Flap Jacks, 3000 E. Grand River (Lansing but just east of 127) from 6:00-7:30 PM. Contact is Carl Preston, (517) 332-3561, or Jim White, jimsicmm@inventorhome.com. Just “inventors” sitting around talking, no programs.

Muskegon

Muskegon Inventors Network meets the fourth Wednesday of every month except July and December. The current meeting place is GVSU Muskegon Innovation Hub, 200 Viridian Drive, Muskegon, MI 49440. Detroit

Inventors’ Association of Metropolitan Detroit. IAMD normally meets the third Thursday of each month at the Lawrence Technological University, 21000 W. Ten Mile Road, Southfield, MI 48075. Jackson

Jackson Inventors Network. JIN meets the fourth Tuesday of each month, except December, at the Jackson Community College, 2111 Emmons Road, Jackson, MI in the Justin Whiting Building, Room next to 158 (this room is actually in the tech building). Dues are $35 per year, or $5 per meeting, but guests can attend once for free. The usual meeting plan is Registration: 6:00-6:30 p.m.; Program from 6:30-7:30 p.m.; Networking from 7:30-8:30 p.m. JCC Campus Map Link jccmi.edu/info/buildings.htm. 127 South to Vandercook Lake exit, West on E.
