YOU MISSED IT!
Inventors Expo Spring 2007
Saturday, April 21, 2007 the Inventors Council of Mid-Michigan and the Mott Community College Regional Technology Center will be putting on an Inventor Information Expo from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM with information on the many kinds of service providers inventors need to be familiar with. The Expo is open to the public and there is no admission charge. Everyone is welcome to just come and talk to people. Networking is where inventors are likely to get the greatest benefit. The odds of finding someone (other than a scam) that "will do it all" for you are very, very small. Successful inventors do a whole lot of pushing their invention rock up hill! The Expo will be held at the Mott Community College Regional Technology Center building (item 11 on this map: www.mcc.edu/maps/3d_main.shtml) in the Atrium and Manufacturing Systems Lab (M-Tec 1st Floor West: www.mcc.edu/maps/rtc1w_map.shtml). For the area map see www.mcc.edu/maps/driving_direct.shtml and click the link for the Main Campus, for driving directions, click the Main Campus again.

Once you are headed north on I-475 the specific directions to the parking lot in front of the Regional Technology Center are: Traveling north on 475, do not take the Court street exit, even though signs direct you to Mott College. You will enter from the north end of the Campus. Continue north on I-475 and get off on the Robert T. Longway Blvd exit, get in the right lane ASAP and make a right heading East. You will only be on Robert T. a few blocks going past the Buick Gallery & Research Center and past N. Decker Street. A block east of N. Decker is a traffic light where Kearsley street joins Robert T. at a 45 degree angle on your right. Continue past that then turn right, on the street beyond Kearsley, which is 90 degrees to Robert T. Turn left at the third drive (counting the first drive to a parking lot rather than a building) and park. You will enter the MTEC atrium.

Exhibitors will include patent attorneys, machine shops, plastics molders, engineers, book sellers, inventor clubs, and individual inventors. Anyone interested in being an exhibitor must pre-register by contacting the contact points below.
